The race entry form for Wombwell is showing send to Liz Hawkins. Is this correct or who should the entry form be sent to.

Also registration forms.

You need to hold off for a moment or two. The 2104 are still on the events pages but the new ones will be available soon.

Just going through race entries and I have a query.

At the AGM the decision to raise license fees to ÂŁ1.00 and race entry fees in line with the duration of a race and all agreed.

As a multi car team I raised the question of will there still be multi car discount as per last year, and the reply was yes. I did say that this would help the teams financially as most are scout teams, and hopefully encourage more younger teams to enter.

On printing off a race entry form for Wombwell it clearly states there will be no multi car discount. Is this a mistake on the form or if not when was this changed from the AGM.

Just checked the minutes of the AGM...

"5.3 The meeting considered recommendations form the treasurer as follows:

(ii) Race entry fees for 2015
The recommendation is that all cars (whatever class) shall pay
the full race fee per race.
Decision:
This proposal was approved."

I think the entry forms will have been based on that.

Thanks for the swift reply.

Just looking for my copy of the minutes but can never find them when you want them.

I do know that we all agreed with the increase in race fees, but as the mention of multi car discounts were not on the schedule, that is why I brought it up. As I mentioned we were looking at running 5 teams this year and the discount rate makes a big difference.

Entry form reflect as Alan says the minutes from AGM and the following committee meeting.

If you believe this is wrong, please raise with Robert & Alan and request the comittee take another look at it.

Robert and Mark have now confirmed this - the entry forms are correct and the entry fee is the same for all cars for the 2015 season.

Once again thanks for the reply.

As mentioned is correct that all fees for races regardless of Open, PC Duo, PC Z should all be the same and the agenda supports that.

The query I made at the AGM was that will the multi car discount stay as this would hopefully bring in more teams.
The discount makes a big difference to us as having such a large team brings other financial challenges in transport and spares and we try and keep our costs as low as possible.

As a scout group taking part in the series giving more young people a chance to race in our team is challenging enough, and we try not to let our racing impact on our scout groups activities.

Hi Gary,

The multi-car discount was specifically what I asked about today and it has been confirmed that there will be no multi-car discount this season - It actually complicates the online shop unfortunately and it was felt that the entry fee spread across at least 4 drivers represents a small fraction of the overall cost of putting a car together and getting a team to the track.

Response accepted and thanks for the prompt reply. We are looking forward to another good season and we are hoping for a PC 4 team.
This will mean all being well 2 PC 1 teams, a PC 2, PC3 and a PC 4 team. As long as we can provide enough transport this was why I queried the multi car discount.
