I would volunteer, but as Jes will know i could end up needing to repair pedalcars after shenington ready for solihull (and organising solihull) plus its likely that i could be DofE assessing as well. However if i'm free then yes i'd be up to help.

She is on this forum but has said in the past she doesn't want to be on the committee. She'll be more than welcome if she changes her mind!

Just thinking we could do with someone local who knows the ringwood people to represent us and liase with them. Co-opt her onto committee just for that, nothing else

Either way, can we please put a "price and conditions" to this in the next few days so we can get a go-ahead or not?

I suggest we need to know if we are doing this during January so that we can get these 72 tags on order and aren't worried they don't turn up in time.

I also suggest that we will need some money up front for these.

Phil is absolutely definately 100% NOT going unless we are 100% guaranteed that he isn't going on his own and all he is to be required to do is babysit the lap counting.

So thats £1440 which is quite a lot of money so I think we really would need payment up front.

Unless Ringwood buy them direct - I am sure we could supply them with the correct serial numbers - and we simply charge them for expenses and wear and tear. Then they would own their own tags for future events or it could mean that Ringwood cars would already have compatible tags if they come to BPCC events.
